Infrared Saunas allow heat and light to penetrate your skin and warm your body directly which has several therapeutic effects on the body such as:

What is FAR infrared therapy?  Far infrared is the closest of the wavelengths to the infrared heat given off by our own body. Far infrared is readily captured by the water molecules in the body and aids in releasing bodily energy. Our bodies actually give off far infrared wavelengths at about 9.4 microns. Since far infrared wavelengths feel very natural and normal to us, our energy is temporarily enhanced and strengthened.

How does this sauna support detoxification and why is that important?  Sauna therapy, which may promote temporary detoxification, is an alternative health option that may benefit the body in more natural and organic ways. How often should I use the sauna to see benefits?  We suggest you start with 1-2 sessions a week and gradually increase to 3-4 sessions a week for best results
